"We spent two weeks on a self drive tour through the Canadian Rockies. This was hands down the best place we stayed. The rooms were of considerable size with a couch, desk, and kitchen which included stove top, microwave and fridge. There was an impressive amount of silverware, plates, bowls and kitchen utensils/supplies and they were all very new. The room was very clean and even had a TV in the bathroom!! Don't see that a lot in hotels. It was just a fantastic hotel, staff were great, and though the ice machine was not working you could get ice in the restaurant. No complimentary breakfast but the other aspects of the hotel more than made up for it. This is a chain we'll look to use in the future."

"Booked intp Palliser Lodge, check in was at Glacier Lodge. Upon arrival it was clear Palliser Lodge was unstaffed apart from housekeeping. I wasnt comfortable with that & the receptionist at Glacier Lodge was very kind & provided me with a room at Glacier Lodge. It was a very comfortable room, quiet room."
