Staff was very helpful breakfast was good. Bathroom needs some maintenance as the sink and tub were both clogged, and Maybe it was the days we were there but there were a lot of trucks with their warning sensors going off between midnight and 4 am both nights keeping us up.

It was a hotel near Banff along the highway. Decent enough if you need a bed and a pool and a continental breakfast. Golden was lovely and if you compare the price to hotels in Banff, then a value.

The value for the number of beds in the family suite was good. The only issue was air conditioning was in the 2 side rooms only so the main room got very hot when the doors were closed at night. Breakfast was way too busy to even try.

Comfortable and clean hotel with helpful staff. More or less what you'd expect from the Ramada brand. Only drawback was breakfast room which is way too small for the hotel. Guests had to eat in the reception or take food back to their rooms
