I particularly appreciated Her Willingness to assist Me as a Guest there. I let Her know of My Satisfaction with Her help, even though it would be considered part of Her daily assignment. But wouldn't it be quite lovely if Employees of firms just carry on with their jobs with great and Positive Attitudes? My one suggestion to the Management of Hotel Comfort Inns in Ottawa, and nationwide or International, to always remind your Staff Force to be particularly mindful, while carrying out their daily function(s), to always do it with a Positive Attitude, because in this case; 'you never know who's watching them'.
