"Spotlessly clean hotel and everything thought about, would definitely stay again"

"It was a great place to stay. Close to the city centre, within walking distance to restaurants/pubs, grocery store. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were helpful. Would most certainly stay here again."

"The room was beautifully decorated, very clean and with all the expected amenities. There were no staff on site (the key is left in a lock box). I stayed on Monday night, the restaurant is closed on Mondays (hence no interaction with staff). "Clean room and polite staff. The spa was sup"

"Super staff. Helpful, offered to help with my parking app. All staff were friendly professional, courteous and welcoming without being intrusive. Room was clean, spacious with a good temperature. Bar on site. Central location. Highly recommend"

"The room was clean. The apartment was specious and full of light. It's a 30min walk to the main high street/Gloucester cathedral. Big plus is that the apartment comes with a parking space. There are two bathrooms."

I am unsure how even loosely the term private bathroom can be used when it’s shared by all guests. Surely this is a shared bathroom. No towels provided either. If this was accurately disclosed we would have never booked at this accommodation. The beds were comfortable and room was warm, breakfast was good but it still remains that we were disappointed with the description and would not...
