"Room was clean and comfortable. We had several issues that were taken care of immediately including light bulbs, TVs and refrigerator that didn’t work. Excellent and quick service correcting everything but probably shouldn’t have happened. My only complaint bothers me a lot: At check in we were given a temporary parking pass. We were told to come back the following day to get one for our entire stay. When we went back we were told we should return in an hour. I consider this to be a ridiculously inconvenient procedure with no legitimate explanation given. Management needs to get involved!"

"The room was clean, no bugs or bad smells. The biggest problem that I had was that the bathroom fan was very loud and annoying. The breakfast was fair, scrambled eggs, pork sausage links, French Toast, cereal, mini bagels, juices and coffee. The location is close to Target and Busch Gardens. For a cheap price this is a good hotel."

"Breakfast was nice. I liked the fresh bagels. My husband was disappointed in the lack of options. Muffins were great. Loved the suite. But seems a little outdated. But nice. The desk staff checked us in early and was very nice."

"Stayed for 2 nights. Room was very nice with kitchen area, fireplace, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, The 2nd bathroom could use a hand rail to help get into the tub. The rooms were clean with no sign of bed bugs or roaches in the rooms. However, there was a large Palmetto in the hallway near ice machine. Towels are provided but not replenished on short stays. So bring more if you will use more than the room alloted. Overall, it's a nice hotel that we would stay at again."
