Too Noisy

Nice little property in easy walking reach of the centre and the quays. However the property next door also extends over the top floor of this one and you hear literally everything! Therefore we had one sleepless night, one night with no issues (we assume the neighbouring property was empty) and one ok night when we had some decent sleep but heard all conversations and movements next door / from above. We complained to the host after the first night and to be fair she came straight back to us with assurances that things would be better and also sent a nice gift. However, there's a fundamental problem with thin walls and floors so we definitely wouldnt stay here again.
