"Positives: fantastic variety and quality of food. You won’t go hungry at all. Beach area is very nice. Hammam and massage were excellent. Negatives: Service from staff is extremely variable. Language barrier doesn’t help (most don’t speak English ). Facilities very tired and not updated - tennis/table tennis rackets and balls unusable. Gym very dated with old/broken machines . Indoor pool very cold in April (though advertised as heated). Door to sauna broken. Cheap coffee and alcohol. Needed a wheelchair for my mum - caused a huge amount of confusion amongst staff. Overall more like a 3/4 star hotel with 3 star service.Certainly not 5 star. Would’ve been extremely disappointed if I’d paid full price ( got a special last minute deal). Reminded us of a sunny version of Fawlty Towers. Won’t be returning."

"We didn’t have Mountain View as we had pool view and this was fine. The air conditioning was not required as it was heating mode."

"We had a couple of nights in luxury at this spa hotel. It is well appointed with good communal areas and plenty of facilities. The rooms are clean and have a fridge and tea/coffee facilities as well as a safe. There is the spa which is free to use but you pay for massages which has an indoor/outdoor pool plus sauna and steam room. There are numerous outdoor pools plus games areas. There is a private beach with adult only area and a large beach bar and restaurant. The main restaurant is a buffet with lots of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner and a number of speciality restaurants. There is also a patisserie. "

"We were very enjoyed our holiday especially housekeeping staff, and chef Imam who is best chef and liked his foods.and all staff's who are welcoming you in restaurant. Buchan who is team leader receptionist was very help fully"

"Overall it was a great experience…cleanliness & staff & food was excellent. Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. We filled in the questionnaire on leaving…a positive would be padded sun beds…we only lay out for 20mins during our whole time there😢 We were visiting Friends from Uk staying at the resort…Martin & John had a blast at archery at 4pm every afternoon. I used the gym facilities which were great."

"I liked this place. My two main criticisms would be: 1. The room was quite noisy until about midnight as I think it was above a bar that was used for after show dj entertainment. That wasn't great for a sleeping small child. 2. Despite turkish cuisine being rich and flavoursome, like a lot of AI hotels, the buffet food merged into one flavour. So much so, I ate out locally. In addition, it's unusual to stay at an AI hotel for over a week and not be offered the chance for some kind of a la carte dining."
