"We had an incredible stay at Rixos Premium Belek! From start to finish, the staff were remarkably friendly and attentive, with our dedicated WhatsApp assistance group making everything seamless and effortless. Traveling with our 9-month-old boy could have been challenging, but the team went above and beyond to make it stress-free. We were kindly given a free room upgrade to give us extra space for him, which made a huge difference. They provided amazing baby facilities and in-room essentials like a bottle warmer and sterilizer, as well as plenty of fresh baby food options. Everyone paid such special, heartwarming attention to our little boy throughout our stay. The resort facilities are fantastic—the heated pool was lovely, and we never had any trouble finding a sunbed. As for the dining, the food was outstanding! The à la carte restaurants were top quality, and the main buffet offered incredible variety and range. The restaurant and buffet staff deserve a special mention for being so super friendly and attentive every single day. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday and will definitely be returning!"

We filled in the questionnaire on leaving…a positive would be padded sun beds…we only lay out for 20mins during our whole time there😢 We were visiting Friends from Uk staying at the resort…Martin & John had a blast at archery at 4pm every afternoon. I used the gym facilities which were great."
