"Loved all of the things you could do on the property. The swimming area was great. The pickle ball courts and fire pits were fun for the kids. Breakfast was good. We had a great time. The room wasn’t quite as nice as other places, but all the intangibles made it a great stay and we’d come back again. "

"First they were accommodating with us showing up a day late due to an accident in the canyon. The person at the front desk was super kind, very engaged in conversation. The room. Well thats where the good vibes ended. It smelled of cigarette smoke. This was supposed to be a non smoking room. The bedding was dated and felt dirty. There were cobwebs in every corner of the room. There was a used coffee pod in the maker and the pot was crusty. Dust on the top of the lamshade. It just felt grungy....

"Over all a great stay. Kids liked the pool and close and convenient to stay in Glenwood Springs. 8/10 breakfast. My only complaint would be room seemed rushed cleaned before we checked in. Found clothes still in dresser from previous people and found a fake fingernail on the table. "

"Very close to the highway. Was advertised as "on the river" If you looked thorugh the parking lot past another hotel You get a very small glimpse of a river"

"Great breakfast buffet. Very close to Glenwood hot springs resort and hotel Colorado. Front desk was very helpful and responsive. Got $5 per person discount at inn for tickets to Glenwood hot springs. Look like hotel room has been remodeled recently."
