"The cabin is a perfect couples getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub and the sounds of the creek right next to the cabin. It’s close enough to Asheville and hiking but not too close to be too touristy. The only thing I would mention is that the yard is not fully fenced in like it looks like on the pictures. I specifically had chosen that cabin for that because we were bringing our dogs. And we had some ants in the kitchen but I guess it comes with being out in nature."

"Very nice facility and extremely well appointed. Everything is there that you could possibly need. I had one small issue that was more my fault than the facility, and I called the host and it was corrected immediately. Highly recommend. Would stay there again."

"What place to kick back and enjoy the sound of the river wisking by and the crackiling of the great fireplace. We had a group of nine (over 60 in age each) that has gone over 30+ yrs for once a year long weekend trips to Blue Ridge Smokies. This stop was a great place for out group. House was plenty big enough. The owner and property helpers we quick to fix a couple of issues when we arrived. But overall, the old house did us well once we got used to the little qwerks all houses seem to have....

"We have stayed here before and love the condo, the view and ease of getting up the mountain. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Our only wish is that it could be rented as a 2 bedroom . Our traveling friends would love it"

The property managers, Jerry & Sally Mass, went above & beyond to answer any questions and see that we had everything we needed. "When we arrived we noticed the exterior grounds needed attention. We had to contact the owners about no gas in the fireplace. We found two ticks and a dead cockroach. The ceiling fans were full of dust. The drywall joint tape was peeling from the walls. The ad claimed no pets allowed. We found animal toys in plain sight. This caused me to develop a sight sinus condition. We will never rent from them again. We should be reimbursed partial cost as we left a day early."
