"The room was very basic, but met all my needs---it was small, but clean and quiet--I had a mini refrigerator and Keurig, so I had everything I needed. The bed was comfy and my (limited) interactions with the staff were kind and considerate. I will definitely be staying there again. "

"The woman who checked us in was very rude. We love staying at your hotel and I requested a room with a balcony. This was the second time that my request was not acknowledged but after some heated exchanges the lady finally gave me a room with a balcony. The room had a leaking commode and I tried to report it but the clerk spoke such broken English that it was hard for her to understand what i was trying to tell her. This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel because of its location on the river is so relaxing but when you have to experience what we did it’s had to want To go back. "
