"What place to kick back and enjoy the sound of the river wisking by and the crackiling of the great fireplace. We had a group of nine (over 60 in age each) that has gone over 30+ yrs for once a year long weekend trips to Blue Ridge Smokies. This stop was a great place for out group. House was plenty big enough. The owner and property helpers we quick to fix a couple of issues when we arrived. But overall, the old house did us well once we got used to the little qwerks all houses seem to have....

"The cabin is a perfect couples getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub and the sounds of the creek right next to the cabin. It’s close enough to Asheville and hiking but not too close to be too touristy. The only thing I would mention is that the yard is not fully fenced in like it looks like on the pictures. I specifically had chosen that cabin for that because we were bringing our dogs. And we had some ants in the kitchen but I guess it comes with being out in nature."

"This little Villa is such a gem. We stayed one entire week here and didn’t want to come back home. The villa was so comfortable and the views are the best you’re gonna get. We will definitely return here again. A few things we did to make our stay a little more comfortable. We bought a pillow top foam cover for the mattress and two extra pillows. "This was truly one of the best vrbo experiences. The unit was well equipped and there was actually sufficient kitchen resources to cook and serve a meal! "This is a nice comfortable place to hang out. It is a bit out of the way but we like that. If you play golf I suppose this would be a great place to stay. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment to cook. The fire place was awesome. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are decent. The lanai with the view was the star of our stay.
