"The hotel was very clean. It is in a great location right next to a Dutch Bros, a brewery and Best Buy. The pre-cooked breakfast was not as good as the other times I stayed there. The cinnamon rolls are still great. I would highly recommend this location."

"Relly nice ice cream place across the street. A bit rundown, but ok. Good location, walking distance to the CSU campus. Breakfast had no hot dishes, other than waffles. "

"Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, waffles plus the normal continental grab and go stuff. The property is run down but clean. It was hard to wheel my luggage across the hallway rug because it's coming up in several places. But other than it having the run-down feeling in a few places, the staff was so kind and helpful and everything was very clean, so for the price, especially considering the yummy breakfast, excellent stay!"

" The staff did not appear to be well trained it took us 20 minutes to get checked in. There was a problem with another guest reservation, and we had to hear the issue about 5 times over the phone, once we got to the counter took 3 minutes. She could have put the people on hold helped us and the person behind us then went back to the issue. The staff did not check the dining room in the morning to clean tables and to make sure items for breakfast were stocked, they sat at the reservations desk on their phones. "

"Absolutely LOVE this hotel! The property is gorgeous, the location is super convenient & the staff is lovely. This is our 2nd stay & I don’t think we’ll ever stay anywhere else in Chico. It’s been perfect both times. "

"Didn’t follow requests for lower floor/ well lit area and late check out. No ice bucket in the room. Floor was filthy, ceilings were gross, just unclean. Sketchy area too. Next time I’ll pay more for a nicer hotel nearby. "
