"The room had a full kitchenette and a little sitting area with a little fireplace ,the bathroom was small but functional, the staff were great, and the area was so close to transit, shops, restaurants and pubs. I would definitely stay here again"

"Originally when booking property I had questions for which I never got response. The property management did send me several emails none of which gave any answers and provided inaccurate info about how to access the keys for entry. I had to make an expensive intl. call to the owner to get correct code and was told that they would not stay on the phone to assure it worked. Kitchen was dirty I had to wipe everything and towels were only hand towels; not bath towels. Disappointed!"

"The property was in an excellent location and very well presented. Communication with the host was amazing. She answered us within 5 minutes and anything we asked for, she provided. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!"

"Perfect location and darling apt, but several essential items missing…like soap, shampoo, coffee, dish rag for counters, only about 6 paper towels. TV not functioning. I communicated with prop manager and expected these items to be delivered but instead she said she would speak with cleaners about it and they were never brought over. Glascow is a great city, we enjoyed it! "
