"We stayed here for 10 days and they literally have an app on the room’s tv that displays the live status/availability of their laundry machines. Not sure if that’s a standard thing but that was super awesome. Overall an incredible value, got a lot of bang for the buck with this place. Clean rooms, helpful staff, daily house keeping, and located a block from the nearest train station. 10/10 would stay here again. Fantastic ac as well"

"The property was clean, location was close to Shinjuku Stn South Entrance (for 1st timer to lavigate around Shinjuku and walk to Shabuya etc.) Air condition work perfectly, the room is abit tiny. It ok for petite tourists but maybe not for tall tourists. I think it manageable for tourists who dont mind. Overall, great stay."

"Very good location, nice staff, very small room you can hardly move, they didn’t let us in the restaurant because we had sandals and even after we explained that we are guests of the hotel for 6 nights and don’t have other shoes in the room they didn’t let us in. It was uncomfortable and insulting"
