"Our stay was overall enjoyable. The pricing for the suite was reasonable. Front desk had proficient English. Our suite came with split AC units as well as radiant floor heating. Quirk is that they only provide 3 keys maximum for four guests and these are also required for all power in the unit. "Our party of five had a pleasant stay at Brown Suites. It’s located right in Sinchon and a minute walk to the metro station. We really enjoyed the Sinchon shopping and dining area nearby with many choices and seeing lots of young people there. Though the unit is a bit dated, the staff keeps everything clean and comfortable. Special kudos to Mr. Chang Duk Oh, who spoke English very well, and helped us arrange a ride to Incheon Airport on our check-out day. Thank you! High recommend!"

"The location was good, there's a cvs nearby with alot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well as the palace (and another one a bit further). The metro station is abit far by walk, but there's tons of buses everywhere passing very often. The hosts were super friendly and helpful."

The only thing I would have to say is that the amenities could have been slightly better as there was less than half a bottle of detergent, hand soap and showering necessities. There was also limited amount of towels provided. If you wanted your room to be cleaned or other amenities, you would have to pay an extra fee.
