"Excellent location for a USC visit. This home is slightly east of Main Street in downtown COLA but a very short walk. Also less than 2 miles from Colonial Life Arena, The Horseshoe, and central USC campus. Even though this is not really in a "neighborhood" - we felt very safe. Fully-stocked with all you need in the kitchen, bath, and bedrooms. Streaming-access TV is a plus to use with personal log-in. Communication with owners is quick and detailed. I was never concerned about the check-in...

"So much to say but I'll stick with letting the owner know a welcome manual may be necessary for Wifi information along with general house amenities and how to work them. Not enough linen was available. No ice maker. Verbal communication with owner was a bit stressful. Try to cater to your guest, not your culture."

"The 2 bed/2 bath house was great for our family football weekend at USC. It is located right behind the Granby/Olympia apartments and an easy walk to the stadium to avoid the car traffic. The house has everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable. You can hear the trains but they are not that frequent and it did not negatively impact our stay at all. We would recommend and stay again! Thank you!"
