Please, no smoking, vaping, e-Cigs, candles, or any smoke-producing items inside the house at any time. We reserve the right to charge a $100 fee for any evidence of smoking inside the property. We are okay with you smoking on the OUTSIDE patio, but please clean up after yourself.

There is an additional fee of $100 per person for any extra guests staying the night other than the parties listed on the reservation. The same fee of $100 applies to any keys that are missing upon the time of checkout.

Items Left Behind/Returns

We are not responsible for any items left behind. IF YOU LEAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE BEHIND, PLEASE CONTACT US ASAP. We do not permit entry into the space after check out time (11 am). If any items are left behind, we can not guarantee that we will be able to return it to you. However, if any items are found we must charge a $30 handling fee plus postage and any other fees required to return items to you. Thank you.

An additional pet fee may be charged if an extreme amount of pet hairs or pet related incidents are found after your depature.
