Wake up to stunning sunrises over the lake and unwind on your private balcony after a day of exploring. The room is equipped with basic amenities for your convenience. Take note a $100 deposit is required to provide check-in information. If you’re bringing a pet along, there’s a $150 fee per pet.

Welcome to your dream getaway at Lane in Gilbert, South Carolina! This stunning lakeside property offers a comfortable retreat for 2 guests, featuring a private apartment.

Please note: Your apartment is part of the same structure as a larger house, but it is completely private, and you will not be disturbed by anyone. The game room in the garage on the first floor is not included in your reservation, as it is reserved for guests staying in the main house next door

You only have access to the apartment, not the rest of the house.
Remember to fill out the security deposit procedure.
Check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late Check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty, that could be deducted from your security deposit.
Parties are fully prohibited. QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 6 AM.
$300 penalty for smoking on the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund.
$250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund.
$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.
Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :)
Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account
For check-out, please make sure the dishes are washed, the trash is taken out, all lights are turned off, and all doors are securely closed. Our housekeeper will take care of everything else.

Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your security deposit and/or your booking account.

Your quiet space has arrived!

My husband and I discovered this little gem while making a last minute trip to Lake Murray. We were looking for something small, simple and quiet in an established neighborhood on the lake. The apartment offers all of the simplistic needs for a short vacation. The space was very clean, having all of the amenities needed for our stay. The neighborhood was absolutely perfect and the location is close to Lexongton, Columbia area if wanting to head out for a day trip.The host communicated well with us and answered any questions we had about the area. We definitely enjoyed our stay and hope you do too!
