"Martha has an adorable home. If you need a close place to sleep near USC, this is it! Affordable bedroom and bathroom in quiet, safe neighborhood. I enjoyed a walk in the neighborhood, sitting on the front porch looking at birds enjoying the feeders, and her plants. Tastefully decorated. 10 min drive to our daughter’s dorm. We’ll definitely be back!"

"We rented the house to stay in for my daughter's wedding. It was nice. It had plenty room for our whole family. The pool table was a hit. So was the pier for fishing. The house is a older home but was very clean. The property manager was very nice."
