"Clean and tidy and great for the night."

"Space to walk, restaurants, gym and pool. Lovely environment"

"Receptionists were extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices Overall 8.5/10."

"Everything was excellent. We were upgraded to a studio self contained room at no extra cost. This was great as we had washing machine/dryer and kitchenette, giving us option to wash clothes after big day and cook food if required. Great hotel that has made our stay memorable."

"Had a great stay Awesome staff"

"There were leftovers in the cups and pot, and we waited more than 1.5 hours for cleaning. The staff were unprofessional: one staff member forgot my name two hours after check-in and then knocked on our door. There is no shelf/platform to hold the shampoo and conditioner, so they had to be placed on the shower base. The bathroom fan is noisy. Soundproofing is poor—when the neighbor was washing, we could hear it. Overall, it was a bad experience."

"While the rooms in the 2 bedroom apartment were small, the staff offered to upgrade us to a 3 bedroom for a discounted upcharge, but we opted to keep our original room. The views from the rooms are outstanding. The staff was outstanding at every point. The food was excellent. The location is a...

"Exceptional. This hotel completely redefines what a five-star experience should be. It makes you rethink all the previous five-star review you've given simply because nothing went wrong. "We stayed in the deluxe cabin and it was exactly what we asked for. The place itself was warm and all the amenities were provided which was helpful. We found the staff very nice and accomodating and the free shuttle to town was a nice touch. Only comment on our cabin was that one of the wall heaters in the room wasn’t working"

"Great position and very walkable into and back from town centre."

"Very conveniently located, equipped with everything I needed, clean and great view of the lake."

"Excellent view"

"Ver central if you have a car"
