"I like the hotel Fast check in the room very clean ocean view the stuff friendly closer to many of market and restaurants ( fast food and cafes or classic restaurant) Great area for walk destination JBR and transportation the taxi everywhere round the hotel all the time very easy to grab taxi. "

"I think this might the best hotel in Dubai. I and my wife really enjoyed it. The rooftop pool on 77 floor is amazing with great views. Its a highlight of the hotel. You cannot find better in Dubai. The room was clean, great bed, modern and included flip-flops and beach bag - nice touch. Breakfast was also great with many options. I wish the staff was better organized and served coffee faster during the breakfast. If they have modern coffee machines like in other hotels the guest could serve themselves. I don't like getting coffee after finishing breakfast. The hotel staff was nice and accommodating. What I was surprised about are the prices for food and beverages. Everything is extremely expensive. Its not related to the hotel but to whole Dubai. I would not choose Dubai gor holidays due to this fact anymore. Overall great experience. "

"An amazing stay at this hotel! Phenomenal staff at the front desk (Joy, Alex, Chaminda, Chance, Rahul, Tricia) to begin with! They are courteous, dedicated, professional and transcend to ensure that you have a wonderful experience from arrival to your overall stay. Kudos to the housekeepers/maintenance staff for their undivided attention to the rooms & impeccable service with a smile. Largely, I must say without reservation that the whole team (the security, Costa, Toad’s kitchen/pub) was incredible, & went above and beyond with hospitality to make every guest feel valued, respected and have a pleasant stay. As the saying goes, “It is not the property but the staff that makes a hotel’s stay great”. In short, the hotel was an absolute gem for me 😊."
