"Building work in front of hotel was a bit of an eyesore however I do appreciate this is only a temporary situation. Tiles In corridor on floor 3 needed some attention as well. However overall I enjoyed the experience at the grand !"

"Fantastic hotel. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Food was excellent. Pool was beautifully clean and plenty of sunbeds around pool with lots of shaded areas if needed. Staff were brilliant, very friendly and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Room was very spacious, tidy and all essentials topped up daily. Thought it was a lovely touch that staff turned down beds and left a chocolate each evening. Stunning hotel."
