"The whole experience, from Titon who cleaned our room, to all the staff, nothing was too much trouble. A great mix of pools. Bars & places to eat. We upgraded to all inclusive and enjoyed all the options.
Thank you"
"All in all, a good hotel, although it is located quite far from most of the main tourist attractions. Many boat tours and day trips depart from different harbors, which are usually around 20 minutes away by car, bus, or shuttle.
On our first day, we also noticed that the bathroom countertop was splattered with soap. Additionally, whenever we showered, the entire bathroom floor would get wet, as the drain placement did not seem to align properly with the slope of the shower floor.
Apart from...
"Good sized room and balcony. Unfortunately poor view from our balcony as courtyard and adjoining properties don't look great. Some equipment like gym equipment, sauna bench and our bathroom sink were in need of attention. Room temperature was fine for first days but on 2nd last night of our stay they centrally changed the setting so was too hot in our room and knew wouldn't sleep well. I complained but reception said they could not change the temperature until the next day which was not...
"The hotel needs some upgrades to the rooms. My brother’s room had a ceiling that partly came down. They fixed it right away. My sister’s room, the door to the outside ocean didn’t close properly so air rushed in the whole stay. Our room was okay."
"The public areas of the hotel were clean and tidy but unfortunately the rooms are tired and in desperate need of refurbishment. The noise from the air conditioning was appalling. A block of rooms on the lower floor were plagued by a droning noise from air conditioning machinery servicing the whole hotel. Even with the air conditioning off in your room the droning was unbearable, preventing sleep at night. I was moved to a different room but only 4 rooms away and whilst it was slightly better...
"Great location, great staff, they have a rooftop pool, the staff is SO nice and hospitable. I would stay here again and again! I loved it here so much."
"Nice location, in the heart of St Julian’s, plenty of food and shops within a stones throw away. Breakfast wise no halal option, so not worth paying for if you require halal. Other then that do recommend 👍"
