"This was a great place to stay for a couple nights. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was quiet and safe, and sparkling clean. Our small room had a private deck with a gorgeous view over the countryside. We walked everywhere. The Melzi botanical gardens and historic lakeside villa, were our favorites - beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. We also enjoyed the two ancient churches in town. "Die Wohnung ist sehr gut, hell und sauber. Die Gastgeber sind nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist vielleicht ein bisschen problematisch, wenn man ohne Auto ist, aber man braucht ungefähr 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu gehen um Zentrum zu erreichen. Ehrlich gesagt, uns hat das nicht gestört. Ein großer Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Man kann da alles finden. Die Natur in der Umgebung ist wunderbar. Empfehlenswert wirklich. "

"- The appartment is too far from varenna (you have to walk 30mn on the cliff to reach varenna which is dangerous) and the transport is not really available there, so we had to take taxis (this costed us around 30Euros per day and limited our flexibility as taxis are really rare especially at night) , if you want to visit varenna pay more and prefer an appartment in varenna than perledo - we didn't see the host, he wasn't there in the check-in nor in the check-out... we left cleaning fees on the...

"The hotel claimed i had no reservation despite me showing proof in paper and app form fully paid prior to arrival.The hotel manager was so rude told me it was my problem and said she didnt do business with Hoyels.com. She spoke over the phone and refused to meet me, she offered me a room but said i would have to pay again! Got Hotels.com to intervene, they sorted it but took 90mins and go no appology from manager. Never book accomodation with My Rooms again, Rude Arrogant and incomputent....

"We had a two bedroom apartment with the most amazing views over Lake Como. The property owner was friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the balcony with views of the lake. You have to walk roughly 4 to 5 minutes down to a carpark where you can catch a small train to Bellagio town centre. I would recommend this property to anyone. We found it wonderful. "
