"The view and pool area"

"Incredible value for money! This hotel was perfect for our stay in Lake Como - the pool area was amazing, breakfast had a great selection, the hotel's restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the room itself was spacious, modern, comfy and clean! Welcome drink on arrival, parking was easy, loved the fact that you have a kettle in your room with tea/coffee, and the shower was great! No complaints!"

"We stayed 5 days at The Grand Hotel Victoria Concept & Spa. It was THE most incredible stay that we have ever had at a hotel! The staff is amaing, the spa is mind blowing and our room was immacualte. "

"An excellent hotel, very well maintained, right on the lake and next to the ferry terminal. The breakfasts are particularly superb and the dining options are very good indeed. Plenty of helpful bar and dining staff. Only minor criticisms are: - tourist advice at the front desk. Certainly they try to help but are generally very very busy. While everywhere else is, if anything, overstaffed the front desk is understaffed. - no turndown service to the bedrooms and a small complementary chocolate - a Nespresso coffee machine in the rooms!"

"Old school pictures didn’t do this excellent hotel justice. The hotel felt traditional, elegant and classy. The pool and gardens in the back offered a private and relaxing reprieve. The hotel’s location couldn’t have been better. Breakfast was great. Latte is just milk. Felt like more than a 3 star hotel."
