"an old historic building with very thin walls without sound proofing or insulation. Room 4 is on the ground floor, next to sidewalk and the restaurant next door. It was quiet by 11:30 (on a Monday night). Expedia reservation was of no help trying to get access to the remote, virtual check in process because the front door requires a four-digit code (not set prior to my visit). The phone receptionist eventually provided it, but only on my second call. PLUS: In the heart of Georgetown...
