"I booked this hotel last minute for five nights after holiday inn cancelled my booking in parliament hill Ottawa without notifying me. First thing to know this is in Gatineau on the French side across the Ottawa river, and Uber would charge you extra $5 for crossing the provincial line. Many bus lines take you to downtown Ottawa for a $5 day pass and 20 min trip. The room was clean with complimentary water bottles and coffee maker. The restaurant downstairs is good with happy hour. You can dine in or or grab the food to go. They look understaffed in the restaurant. The stsy was nice and I would stay again"

"This was a really good place. Everyone was very friendly and respectful. The room was clean. The breakfast was the best I've had so far. The security was really good though I would appreciate a safe in the room. The parking spot was very convenient. Ask about free parking solutions. There funny have any themselves but you can find some nearby."

"Very good place for staycation with family. Les Promenades Gatineau mall right opposite to this place. Many dining options around the area. I would most definitely return again with family. P.S. Breakfast options are good and self serve not pre-packed. Don't listen to negative reviews."

"It was a great stay. It was a really nice hotel. Great staff, super clean, and very reasonable. There is a bus (Lines 67, 85, 87) every 10 minutes into downtown Ottawa that leaves right across the motel and drops you off downtown in about 20 minutes. It was very quiet at night, and I highly recommend it. There is a Maxi supermarket within walking distance, several food places, and free parking."
