"The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. However, the service left something to be desired. During breakfast on my first morning, no one approached me or offered coffee or tea with my meal. I eventually had to ask for coffee on my way out, at which point it was provided in a to-go cup. The checkout experience was also disappointing. I was told that my receipt would be emailed to me, but I never received it. When I called the front desk to follow...

"Good location for walking to the Parliament buildings and shops on Elgin St. etc. The mattress and pillows were not comfortable, unfortunately. It was nice to have a kitchen."

"Large room, river view, view of the night city, comfortable bed and friendly staff was everything what I wished for during my two night stay."

"Clean room"

"Very clean, very friendly and understanding staff members. There was variety’s of breakfasts available. Their parking was close to our room."

"Great location for property big rooms"

"Parking should be included with the hotel price. Nice clean bar area, excellent breakfast. Very nice staff."
