"The room was advertised as up to 4 people. It was so small there was only a small path from the door to the bed. No other walking space. There were piles of junk at the bottom of my treehouse, including old boards and tools. It was unsightly and could be a safety issue for children playing. There was old equipment everywhere and an old junk car in the zip line area. It was just an okay stay."

"Your staff was friendly and the room was clean. The mattresses were acceptable but the pillows were subpar and only two per bed. Didn't know until the next day that had we asked we could have gotten more pillows, that's too bad."

"Quiet and clean. A little out of the way from front street but easy to walk to the waterfront."

"The hotel was great. Super quiet. My only complaint is smoking in the casino."

"Very noisy, overpriced, and dated, place needs remodeling."

"Very nice facility, the staff was friendly and well maintained. The rooms were large."

"Great value great breakfast area"

"This was a very convenient location for us, next to the glorious Jedediah Smith State Park and the wonderful Redwood National & State Park. The hotel is right on the beach, and we had a lovely view from our balcony, although fogged in most of the time while we were there! "Friendly staff"

"Tight parking"

"Clean with good bed and attractive updates. Staff was rude and there was no breakfast as advised on Internet. But the price was good"

"Beds were comfortable. There's a nice restaurant across the street and several others nearby. It's a good location for staying while exploring the northern portion of Redwood National Park. The only complaint is that the showers are raised like a mini tub, which makes them difficult for people with physical issues to get in and out of."

"Need to really fix your sign"

"The spacious room opened to a balcony with a perfect view of the bird wildlife where the Smith River meets the Pacific Ocean. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the deck first thing in the morning with our coffee and ended the day watching the sunset."

"Staff was awesome and very helpful, only down side was the room had a bit of a stench to it"

"This is a wonderful, clean overnight stay. Very friendly greeting, room and bath were clean, and bed was comfortable. I've been on the road since August 8th, and I believe this was the best bargain I've experienced so far!"

"The house is so nice and comfortable inside, it was a pleasure staying there while visiting Oregon Caves. The town of Cave Junction is a little rough, but the pluses of the Cave more than outweighs the challenges of the town. The communication with the host was excellent. If I were to return to the area I would definitely stay there again."
