This was a very convenient location for us, next to the glorious Jedediah Smith State Park and the wonderful Redwood National & State Park. The hotel is right on the beach, and we had a lovely view from our balcony, although fogged in most of the time while we were there! The onsite restaurant was very convenient and loved the pool table in the lobby — families were having fun with it. There is also a great brewery within walking distance down the street. The property seems to be getting a little bit shabby, and we could have used an extra blanket, but the staff was helpful and courteous, and we were certainly comfortable and happy with our choice!

The best location in Crescent City. Staff was very friendly and helpful. AC didn't work/was broken and rooms not very insulated from noise (inside and out), but otherwise a very nice place to stay if you want to wander around the coast. The breakfast in the attached restaurant was very good.
