"The room was very big and comfortable. The bed sheets were a little rough. The water pressure in the shower was a little weak. The staff offered to help me fix it but unfortunately it was not a good time. Also, Chammi was amazing during check-in and he tried his best to personalize my experience. Additionally, a big thank you to Jennie from Concierge/Bell Desk who helped me avoid the traffic and accident by providing me with a great suggestion of taking the taxi instead of the airport bus.
