"Our party of five had a pleasant stay at Brown Suites. It’s located right in Sinchon and a minute walk to the metro station. We really enjoyed the Sinchon shopping and dining area nearby with many choices and seeing lots of young people there. Though the unit is a bit dated, the staff keeps everything clean and comfortable. Special kudos to Mr. Chang Duk Oh, who spoke English very well, and helped us arrange a ride to Incheon Airport on our check-out day. Thank you! High recommend!"

"Absolutely perfect stay for me! I do not like soft beds, this hotel has the best bed quality for my needs . The breakfast buffet was EXCELLENT! Their soy milk was delicious and made in the same exact style that I used to have in my childhood. They also serve FRESHLY squeezed (mandarin) orange juice and watermelon juice. "The location was good, there's a cvs nearby with alot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well as the palace (and another one a bit further). The metro station is abit far by walk, but there's tons of buses everywhere passing very often. The hosts were super friendly and helpful."

"신혼여행을 미뤄서 여기로 2박3일 여행을 오게 되었는데요. 사장님이 완전 친절하셔서 너무나 편안하게 지낼수 있었습니다. 실내도 보일러가 잘되어 있어 따듯했습니다. 식기도구와 냉장고등 편의시설도 깔끔했습니다. 11월이라 풀장을 못써본게 많이 아쉽지만 여름이라면 너무 재밌을듯 하네요. 언덕위에 자리잡고 있어서 풍경이 너무 좋구요. 위치가 좋아 남이섬이나 마트, 유명한 까페등 근접해 있어서 차로 다니면 10분 내외로 다닐수 있었던것 같아요. 사장님이 너무너무 친절하셔서 처음 와본곳인데도 너무너무 편하게 묵고 갑니다~."

"Good - Ultra spacious 3 br unit for our family of 4. Kids love having their own room. Comes with basic facilities and equipment for eating in and lounging about. Cable tv with lots of channels. Washer dryer was most heavily used. Heated flooring was heavenly. 5min walk from subway station. Service when required was good. Bad - a little old furnishings, toiletries not topped up from first day and we had to request twice during our 7 day stay. Nothing much around the area other than some...

Requested additional pillows because there was only 1 pillow for each person but we were told there were none available. Overall, a pleasant experience and would book again in the future."

"Its ok for one or two night stay. As housekeeping doesnt sweep the floor. So after 3 nights stay, we got to clean the floor of sand and stray hairs ourselves. We had 2 beds but when housekeeping came, they only replaced one of the bed's sheets&blanket. What kind of weird service is that? Its better for a single backpacker or for people who trust each other very much cos while i am fine that the toilet door has no lock, the frosted glass separator is way too transparent- you get to see more...

"Dirty and stinks in and out of property. Shower in room is very inconvenient. Shower head holder is placed where water goes to the wall instead of body. You are forced to hold the head to shower. "

"2층건물인데 1층은 로비와 탁구대,포켓볼대가 설치되어 여유로운공간을 느낄수가 있고요 2층은 룸을 4개만 만들어 넓은 거실과 유럽형 대형침대 자꾸지까지 갖출수 있더군요 건물앞 풀장은 여름이면 풀빌라 분위기를 연출할수가 있겠다싶었습니다 관리인 또한 충실한 사용설명을 해주어 무척 좋았습니다"
