Despite being in the heart of Blackpool, the atmosphere was peaceful, allowing for a great night’s sleep. What really sets this hotel apart is its outstanding service. Every staff member I encountered went out of their way to be helpful and courteous. Whether it was advice on local attractions or dietary requests at mealtimes, nothing was ever too much trouble. The breakfasts were hearty and satisfying, served in a bright and cheerful dining area. It made for the perfect start to each day before exploring nearby landmarks like the Winter Gardens, the Tower, and the beachfront — all just a short walk away. "We booked a family room to stay for one night it was clean but needs a fresh coat of paint and also needs extra plug sockets so you've got somewhere to charge a device and plug a hair dryer in the beds for comfortable had a good night sleep"

"An excellent welcome, we were checked in quickly and in a friendly and helpful way. The room was fine, the bed very comfortable. No negative issues. Breakfast was reasonably priced and again the service was excellent. This is the second time we've stayed here and our experience has been positive both times."
