Stayed here because of the location. Was playing Royal Lytham golf course Monday morning and wanted to be fresh. Its the perfect location for everything and very comfortable.

Perfect accommodation! Real home from home. Clean, modern and all the bits you need for a great stay. Even some extra touches like biscuits, toiletries, coffee pods and a full fruit bowl! Location is perfect and onsite parking. Check in was seamless and straight forward. We’ve previously stayed in another apartment in Lytham near by which we loved but this one tops it! Can’t wait to return.

This is a lovely clean and modern interior apartment we had a great two day break the added extras were very useful and were very comprehensive. We will certainly be back comfy beds very clean linen and towels. And when I had an issue with checking in online I contacted the property by the direct telephone number given and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and sorted the issue so all in all five star experience for us all.

Lovely modern decor. The place was lovely and clean. The little extras like fruit, milk and bottled water were a nice touch. Easy access. Would definitely recommend. The only tiny thing I would say would make it look better is the fences at the front need painting but other than that I couldn't fault it.

Great property & location.

Really great property with lots of nice touches, plentiful number of USB power ports in all areas. Good number of tea, coffee etc and a pint of fresh milk in the fridge, a bowl of fresh fruit. Lots of dishwasher tablets and pretty much everything you would need. Very clean and well presented. A 10 min walk to beach & pier. Lots of options for shops, restaurants & drinks within a few minutes walk.

We’ve stayed around Blackpool and this was by far the best accommodation we’ve been in. Extremely clean, very modern and comfortable. The fan was that little extra touch that was very appreciated. Absolutely fantastic, a very high standard property with excellent communication. Only downside was we couldn’t find the extra duvet for the sofa bed but it didn’t impact our stay the kids topped and tailed so it didn’t make a difference. Will definitely come back.

An excellent place to say near to everything

This is a wonderful place to stay. It has a car park at the rear and 3 parking spots at the front. It is very secure with a personal PIN provided before book in for the doors. Very clean and smart. Big comfy bed in room 6 anyway. Nice little kitchenette. Fridge, kettle, coffee machine. Lovely shower. If I had to pick fault it would be the awful washing up liquid. It must be watered down, it does very little indeed! The flat is near to all restaurants and a Whetherspoons. Lots of coffee bars. The centre is walking distance as well. Excellent choice.

Apartment was lovely, first night was not good as the toilet was banging all night so didn’t sleep much which was hard for me as I came away for a quiet weekend as just gone through cancer treatment, everything in the apartment was very clean,
