All of the staff members were courteous and caring, especially the front desk supervisor Khadeja, the restaurant host Zarmina, and chef Madiha went beyond expectations. Khadeja facilitated the check-in process by making an extra effort to comply with the documentation requirements. Host Zarmina offered excellent service during the breakfast service. Chef Madiha served delicious custom-made omelets. The housekeeping staff was caring and prompt in providing service. This hotel will be our first choice for a future stay!"

"Asked for non smoking room but they put me in smoking room with ashtray in it. Woke me up in middle of night at 4 am moving tables on first floor complained to receptionist, replied we are setting up tables for breakfast. Spider 🕷️ was running around on floor. Lots of noise coming from restaurant. Breakfast: left over from last night, stale bread, not covered."
