"The air conditioning in our room didn’t work very well. We asked to have someone look at it, but didn’t notice a difference. We were also hoping for more fresh fruit options. There were only apples and cut up oranges. The canned pineapple and fruit cocktail were not appealing options. Friendly, helpful staff and the kids area was cute! We didn’t make it to the pool but it was being used by a few families."

"Clean room and cute outdoor space. The laundry facilities were not as functional as I would have hoped, don’t rely on them and the food at the restaurant was not good. The pool bar was excellent and every staff member we interacted with was incredible."

"I like that the rooms are clean and the staff was really nice but one thing I did not like and it makes the place look bad is all the trash that is around the stairs going up the rides. People are leaving trash on the windows and when you go up the stairs to the rides as one thing that you can see right away, it needs to be clean more often"
