"Nice water slide and pool. Thatโs it. The rooms are not well maintained. There was only a box spring and no mattress therefore the hardest bed Iโve ever slept on. The tub smelled bad. The screen door was falling off. Centipedes were inside the room. The light switch to lights was not working so we had to turn off the main switch, including AC in order turn out the lights at night. "

Only downside was that the rooftop bar which was supposed to be open until 1:00 am was already closed at 11pm . So no night cup for us .

"Service at this hotel is nothing short of superb. Hotel staff helped me find places to eat, order taxis for me, even helped me to order some food for delivery! Of course, I paid for it, haha! I had luggage that was delayed to a flight that would arrive the next day and they took care of everything while I slept for an early train ride to Busan. Had to go out to buy some clothes cause of the missing luggage but there is no shortage of places to shop nearby. Food options nearby are great too, even if you eat halal. Highly would recommend this hotel again."
"Itโs our second time staying at ENA. We had a great stay last time so we chose to stay here again. The front desk always greets you with a smile. There are two washer and dryers if you wanna do your laundry. Namdaemun is a convenient area for sightseeing so location is excellent. We like ENA! "
