"We had a wonderful family stay at ENA Suite Hotel Namdaemun. Traveling with small children can be challenging, but the front desk staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, making everything smooth from check-in to daily requests. Large spacious room for family with small children. The restaurant team was just as thoughtful—friendly, patient, and attentive to our kids’ needs, which made meals relaxed and enjoyable. The location is also a big plus—just a short walk from City Hall Station, making it easy to get around Seoul. Namdaemun market is easily accessible on foot. A fantastic choice for families looking for comfort, convenience, and genuinely caring service."

"My 4th stay at this hotel. Ideally located to walk to many sites but also 2 main subway lines are within a few minutes walk. Rooms are very well equipped including washing machine, LG steam cupboard and microwave. It’s my go to hotel when staying in Seoul"

"Fantastic location, 3 mins walk subway, with direct access to airport, both rail and bus option. Vibrant place in the evening, with young crowds. One stop-location with plenty shopping and dining, cafes, hairdresser, Olive Young, etc. Room is small, functional and doable. Check-in and room are on upper levels. The lifts waiting time can be long. Only compliant about the room is the bathroom. It is a bathtub, and has no installed shower screen. So, once you shower, the whole bathroom floor will be wet, which make this super inconvenient. A simple shower screen should do the trick and wonder why the hotel does not do this. Also, for our room, toilet bowl bidget is not working. Choose this place for the unbeatable location! "

"Location is the best part of this hotel easy access to line 1,2 and 8. Building is very outdated, carpets have many stains. Walls cleaness is questionable. Staff are very accommodating and professional. Wish the hotel would go through a major renovation soon especially leaky showers and stained carpets"

"Clean room, friendly staff, close to restaurants and can get uber easily but the bus and subway stations are closeby. The free breakfast was amazing and the views were great. Just hoping the room would have been bigger but we did have 3 large luggages with us"
