"The Hostess was very good and our room was very large. Breakfast was really good. Lots of antiques in the house. It does need some tender loving care. Back grass was uncut, and there were boxes and junk in the back and side yards. found a ladies squish mallow under the bed, that was very dusty."

"We last stayed here during Covid and had such an awful experience that we left part way through our booking and vowed never to stay here again…roll on now and WOW, what a difference! The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff are amazingly helpful, checking in was a breeze & the hotel bar is a lovely spot to have a few drinks and the desserts are delicious! The room was very clean and spacious - we will be staying here when we are next back in Kingston!"

"By far one the standout B&B's that we have ever stayed in. Our hosts, Peter and Colin, were brilliant from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Welcoming, friendly and so professional in all that they do. They take such pride in delivering a 5 star service in a wonderful old building which has been modernised and extended to a very high standard. Excellent breakfasts were a feature every morning. Both very willing to impart local knowledge, suggestions and even making restaurant reservations on our behalf. Location is just brilliant with bars, restaurants and local attractions all within easy walking distance. This is a TOP B&B - in every sense!"
