"Not what we expected. The room the front desk gave us, was used and not as expected. The room looked as if someone used it before we came.It doesn’t look like what the photos shown on Expedia. And we were charged $100 for hold .For room we didn’t even stay in.Very bad customer service. I hope this helps anyone who is looking to stay at this property. Stay away."

"Have a service dog. This was noted on my reservation. When checking in was asked for my dogs "service dog papers and registration number". I had to repeatedly tell them there is no such thing. Outside area tables looked like someone had vomited on them. Cigarette butts everywhere. Super drunk guy lingering around all night. Wish I knew a Hampton Inn was next door - would have stayed there."

"The receptionist was very friendly. However, the room itself was stuffy with the most egregious issues being the shower and toilet. The toilet would not flush unless the tank’s chain and flapper were manually released and the shower head was faulty with very little water pressure. I stayed one night."
