"Love the aesthetic of the hotel and the way there’s a little of everything on the compound. It’s not a necessity to leave but you can if you want. Would definitely return and recommend."

"The place look cute in the outside but in the premise is dirty ones you walking in the main floor look clean but ones you start going to the room the hall ways are dirty the room are not too clean I had to change room because it’s wasn’t clean the pool is dirty and disgusting for breakfast all they have is Kellogg donuts and coffee and toes the room are not all that looking I wouldn’t recommend to no one I wouldn’t stay there ever again…."

"Prior to our trip we called and spoke to Saffire and she nicely answered all our questions about our room etc. It was nice to know everything was arranged. Once we arrived we met Gentle and he was extremely helpful during the check in process. We got to our room and were amazed about how nice it was, as the hotel underwent a huge renovation. The 2 big issues we had with the room was the barn door that slides between the closet and bathroom would stick and it was hard to get the door to move. The other was normal dressers don't exist in the room. The room had one small dresser with a grill to store items. It did have a fridge and microwave. The beds were a little hard, but comfortable and being next to the airport you could still get a decent night sleep. The breakfast was the regular Hampton Inn breakfast,but good. My son enjoyed the pool, but we didn't use the fitness room. This Hampton Inn was one of the nicest ones we've stayed at and would definitely return. "

"Dirty room, dirty sofa, disgusting toilet (stain), mold in the room, room phone didn't work and the staff during the check-in time was a little rude! Ran out of breakfast item by 8:30am. Will not stay here ever again! "

"The location is gorgeous. So close to Philly, Historic Smithville and Atlantic City. No issue with “things to do” on property or near by. It only gets three stars as I expected a much higher level of customer experience. The hotel was busy! Soccer teams, private parties, golf groups, tourists etc. The room wasn’t ready at check in. There was only one bar tender in packed bar who was also serving the tavern. Worst martini, ever. It was served with crushed ice in it? Room service went to voice mail - tried for thirty minutes and gave up. Called front desk and the Staff manager took our order by text and we had to walk to the front desk to get our order. Hand sanitizer & wipes were empty in the gym. Dark and ambiguous walk back to the hotel from the far self-serve parking lot. 1/2 finished Bar drinks from the night before were still in the ladies bathroom (in the lobby) the next morning. There is a big sign posted “Quiet Hours 10pm - 6am” which was a farce. The two rooms next to us had multiple people visiting and were disturbingly loud which went on well past midnight. The good parts are that the Bed and the linen was exquisite. Good space in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast was nice. Omelette station was excellent as were the amount of healthy food choices. "
