"High class hospitality! This property was BEAUTIFUL, and the best service staff I’ve ever experienced. The amenities such as the morning breakfast with a view were a highlight to our trip. We also came while they had a free shuttle which was so helpful for getting into the city and back. The room was nice & clean. "Absolutely amazing place to stay !"

"Nice and clean upscale hotel, great staff, very nice breakfast. Little too far away from the historical sites!"

"The hotel had an antique feel and was very clean and well kept. The staff were all friendly and helpful with directions, and the amenities and breakfast were excellent. Having wine and a light snack every evening was a delightful bonus. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Really liked the hotel, the location was excellent. Room size was a generous size, the added twin-sized couch was nice to have so as not to spend all the time in the room on the bed. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, good value for price."

"Our room was extremely cold for the first two days we were there at the end of October 2026. No heat at all. On the third day, we requested to change room and there was a room available and was lees exposed to elements like no north exposure. The room was very clean and the bathroom was nice but...

"Excellent stay!"

"I liked that there was a restaurant and a buffet for breakfast and I have one complaint. Why is the pool not inside because it’s usually really cold in Italy and but that was not very major. The hot tub was very nice. It could be warmer and the bed was hard other than that everything was perfect."
