Room was beautiful and spacious. Came with gorgeous tub, robe and slippers that made it extra comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. The pool is gorgeous as well as the grounds (garden and walking area). They have pool side service for cocktails and food. Absolutely would stay here again.

Beautiful elegant buildings just outside Florence in Bagno a Ripoli. Lovely grounds and swimming pool. The shuttle bus takes you towards the city and then you have a 20 min walk into Florence itself. We really enjoyed our stay.

We have always enjoyed our stay here. It is very comfortable. There are lots of areas to sit and relax, have a drink, read a book, have a chat, have a swim or go for a walk around the beautiful garden. The shuttle bus into Florence is very handy.

Laid back, luxurious feel to this hotel, gorgeous pool area, in tranquil grounds with birdsong, scent of flowers, and unassuming, carefully attentive staff. Delicious unhurried buffet breakfast. 15 minutes by minibus into central Florence. Best of both worlds. We spent 4 nights here.

Wonderful property in every way! We accidentally left our passports in the room safe and the housekeeper immediately notified the front desk. The lady at the front desk, whose name was, Laura M., contacted us immediately. We were already in Venice, so she arranged a driver to drive our passports to us. She went over the top to ensure we had a wonderful vacation. The kindness was just amazing and the property was 10/10.
