"short stay good service/ good location for our needs"

"If you're a light sleeper be forewarned the HVAC is loud, at least it was in my room. I was woken by it several times in the night. No issues with traffic noise. Easy to reach and convenient to transit. Staff were able to get me into my room early which was greatly appreciated."

"This property is located a bit further from EWR than expected. Shuttle service was definitely a plus and drivers to/from very helpful and courteous. Property amenities and accommodations were as advertised. Check-in however was disastrous. Customers before me were checked in and on their way in minutes. When I approached, the three women behind the counter were more interested in conversing with each other than serving me. Add to, I had to endure their snickering when I returned later to...

"Everything was great"

"We stayed on the seventh floor, and although the hotel is non-smoking, it was a disaster—we couldn't sleep because of the smell of cigarettes. We asked to change rooms, but they wouldn't do it; furthermore, the fire alarm in our room had a plastic bag wrapped around it. I didn't like it!"

"They gave me the wrong room and wouldn’t change it when I asked which is not really fair when I paid the price for the time I thought I was getting. I even offered to pay more for the suite that was listed on my reservation and the person at the feont counter didnt look to check what she even had she just said she couldnt do it. The room was also in somewhat poor condition the footseat ottoman was dirty and the bathroom doorknob fell off so good thing I was staying alone. Also the shower water...

"It's a nice looking property from the outside but not in the best of neighbourhoods. The smoke detector on the 2nd floor didn't have a cover on it so not sure if it worked. I had to ring the owner up at 23.00 as I couldn't get the front door opened. You had to pull the handle as you entered the door code."

"Terrible"

"Absolutely horrible, They lied about how we would be accomodated, the information they provide is completely confising, what they ask of the guests in terms of how to enter and what codes and rules, is just as confusing, they made us wait an hour after our arranged arrival, completely disgusting, they should not be allowed to provide any type of service "
