"BEWARE!!! This was terrible. It’s not a hotel by any means. Located in a bad neighborhood, there is no one there to greet you. We stood on a rotting porch for 15 minutes after ringing the ring doorbell only to be told someone would be there in 2 minutes. The smoke alarm dead battery screech coming from inside told me enough. "I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. "

"The entire area there is a dump! The staff was not very attentive when we arrived to check in. Almost like we were an annoyance! Then we get to our room and just want to shower and sleep. Come to find out the fridge didn’t work at all and then we had reservations for 3 people only only 2 towels and 2 wash cloths. Definitely not what you would expect especially for advertising a 4 star! This was a 1 star"

"When we arrived the shuttle was nowhere to be found. So we ended up taking a $30 Uber to the hotel. Upon arrival at 3am we were told the property was oversold and our 2 Queen room was not available. We were given a room for 2 guests with blankets for the rest of us to sleep on the floor. Late check out was not available so we basically paid $250 to sleep on the floor for 7hrs before needing to depart. Additionally, we weren’t given the hours for breakfast so we missed it and they would not honor Hilton status. Overall terrible experience."
