"Think twice before booking a room at this hotel. The rooms weren’t clean and lacked basic amenities like closet, small refrigerator, coffee maker, or clean bedsheets. The breakfast wasn’t good either - lacked variety and flavor. The only thing going well for this place is the location."

"Staff is so helpful! They stored our baggage while we checked out for a 3 day tour to the Isle of Skye - we stayed at Premier Inn for 3 days prior, then returned for 2 more nights after the tour. Breakfast was excellent-ample buffet, but they also would cook porridge or eggs on order. Hotel has great location but is quiet."

"The hotel is nice and very conveniently located close to the airport. They even have a dedicated phone to help arrange taxis, which is a thoughtful and practical detail. I booked a room with a king bed, but it did not feel like a true king mattress. It seemed to be two twin mattresses joined together, which was uncomfortable because I could feel the gap where they connected. Other than that, the room was very nice, and the bathroom in particular was excellent."

"Check-in was easy, onsite bar, complimentary coffee, tea and water were appreciated and convenient; however, the room could use a thorough cleaning. There was dust caked up in several areas of the room, the floors along the bed and walls look like they’ve never been vacuumed, and the carpet was stained/needs cleaning or replacing. No outlet in the bathroom & the lifts were malfunctioning. The location is great for accessing many of the sights in Edinburgh, but I don’t recommend this hotel."

"breakfast was good. room was small but clean and had hot water kettle and nescafe. staff was nice and always willing to sort out any small problems we had like needing iced water, using restroom in the cafe area after hours while the kid was using the restroom in our room. the room has AC. location was good too. royal mile as well as milkman was within 8 minute walking. the stay was comfortable."

"The room was generally clean enough and nothing particularly bothered me. However, the pillowcase didn’t look very clean from the moment I checked in, and when I requested housekeeping, the sheets weren’t changed, the bed was simply made. I wish I had known in advance that the service would be this minimal. That said, the location is convenient with good access to major attractions and plenty of facilities nearby, so overall I don’t think it’s a bad place to stay."
