"Overall the staff were very friendly and helpful . Any issues dealt with speedily and professionally. The Italian brunch was excellent and good value , high quality food . Nice hotel - hard bed

"Only stayed one night - Really beautiful hotel and very nice for by the airport. All of the staff we spoke to was very nice and helpful. The only complaint is that there is no iron in the hotel rooms (or at least there wasn’t in ours) and the beds were hard as rocks!"
