These contracts do not mirror the conditions within hotels.com. I immediately tried to contact the hotel without luck. I contacted hotels.com, provide the sub contracts that I didn't agree to and hotels.com were not able to contact the hotel. I contacted the sub contract and provide them the conditions through hotels.com the i agreed too...

"One of my best holidays. Wonderful location, great host. The location was peaceful, quiet, had an amazing view and with our location we had a very good starting point for several round trip hikes. The house had everything we needed and the host is so helpful and had a solution to every question, he also adviced us places to eat, things to see and do...
