"Overall the hotel and staff were very nice and polite. The only problem we had was at the breakfast on the second morning Soft poached eggs were ordered but after waiting for 15 minutes and reminding staff, they came out like bullets! The rest of the food was quite cold as well "

"Amble parking near the venue. Unfortunately, no restaurant or leisure centre as advertised. We hope they are able to reopen these soon."

"I am afraid that as my wife was taken ill, we were unable to check in and stay at the hotel. I am therefore unable to review the property, room or food."

"The oven doesn't work, there is no parking space for twin room even when when the parking spaces were free. I could hear the cars the all nights and I couldn't sleep. Some people smoked weed inside the property. Inside the twin room someone definitely smoked cigarettes. I wouldn't recommend this guest house to anyone."

"The staff were very efficient, welcoming and friendly. The breakfasts were excellent and the evening meals were also very good. The bed was very comfortable and the room nicely decorated. Sorry to mention the things that weren’t so good - Our room was cold even with the remote controlled radiator. The electric shower in the bathroom gave about 30 seconds of warmish water and then reverted to tepid. "
