As long as you check in before 9 pm the office is attended by two very nice young people who serve a lovely choice of breakfast and lunch at very reasonable prices. All amenities are in the true clean Japanese style with attention to detail. Our room had a hand basin. The individual shower and other individual toilet were next door in the corridor and were lockable. Recommend."

We had a couples massage that felt like it shaved ten years off both therapists were fantastic. The thermal pool was beautiful and impeccably clean, making it the perfect place to relax. "I thought the environment and the staff were very friendly and cozy. It’s a short walk from any convenience store and Nishiki market is about a 15 to 20 minute walk. The onsen is definitely a plus after a long day of walking. "
